The Cultural Passport (Kultūros pasas) is Lithuania’s national cultural education system, created to make culture and art accessible to young audiences across the country. In 2026, the program expanded to include preschool children, opening up cultural experiences to an even younger audience. To introduce this new opportunity, we created a colorful animated explainer built around the energy and curiosity of childhood. Simple shapes, bright colors, playful characters, and lively animation create a world that feels spontaneous and full of movement. A child’s voice guides the story, bringing the perspective of the young audience directly into the animation. This is our second project for the Cultural Passport, continuing the visual language established in our previous animation while adapting it for a younger audience.
