Rainiai massacre of 1941 June 24–25 was definitely the hardest topic our studio had to work on – 74 Lithuanian political prisoners were tortured and mass-murdered by the NKVD that night. With the help of our client, we dug deeper into the topic trying to portray every important fact of that event in illustration and animation. We hope this short film will keep the memory alive for more years to come. In this case, it’s the only way to serve justice for the victims.
